docbook-xsl software package provides stylesheets for processing DocBook XML to various output formats, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install docbook-xsl
docbook-xsl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the docbook-xsl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep docbook-xsl *
You will get with docbook-xsl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
